These ranges are a guide. I review your QuickBooks account and quote based on the volume and complexity of your books. Every plan includes monthly reconciliations, transaction categorization, a balance sheet review and monthly financial statements.
Simple
Typically under $500k in annual revenue
- Lower transaction volume
- A few bank and credit card accounts
- Business and personal spending kept separate
- Little need for integrations
Moderate
Typically $500k to $1 million in annual revenue
- Moderate volume across several accounts
- Payroll entries, loans or payment integrations
- Some additional tracking
Complex
Typically $1 million to $2 million in annual revenue
- Higher volume or multiple sales channels
- Class or project tracking
- Cash activity and more involved integrations

I’m Victor Paiva, a veteran and the bookkeeper behind Silver Spring Bookkeeping. I bring a decade of accounting experience: two years in public accounting and the rest in corporate accounting. I’m also a CPA candidate, with the 150 credit hours required to sit for the exam.
